Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH) has teamed up with Invixium to complete its digital transformation. The partnership specifically concerns Invixium’s IXM TITAN devices and IXM WEB management software, which have been installed at FHH facilities throughout the Middle East.
The IXM TITAN is a biometric scanner with facial recognition capabilities that is intended for access control applications. The data collected through the devices is managed with IXM WEB, a biometric access management solution that offers web and cloud utility.
The challenge, according to the two companies, was integrating IXM WEB with FHH’s own ORACLE Fusion HR management systems. The IXM TITAN generates an auditable record of employee comings and goings, but FHH needed to have access to that time tracking data in Oracle Fusion to manage payroll and attendance. They were eventually able to overcome those hurdles, and FHH is boasting that it has now completed three pay periods with IXM technology.
FHH is a Wellness Group that specializes in the manufacture of hygienic paper products.
“We were able to implement a system that is 100 percent accurate on employee records for Time and Attendance and then integrated it into the Oracle platform,” said FHH CIO Yahyah Pandor. “This leaves little room for fraud and provides FHH with a foundation for the future for all HR related systems and processes.”
“Our products are made to be highly customizable, so we want our customers to have the freedom to build their system around their business needs,” added Invixium President and CEO Shiraz Kapadia. “Our engineers worked tirelessly with FHH and ORACLE to make this digital transformation happen, and the results have been incredibly positive.”
Invixium has recently been marketing its IXM TITAN products to companies that are looking to adopt contactless authentication solutions in response to COVID-19. The Toronto-based company has also announced that it will be solidifying its presence in the U.S. with new headquarters in Connecticut.
