Invixium is expanding the scope of its relationship with Gallagher Security. Gallagher integrated Invixium’s IXM WEB solution into its own Command Centre platform back in February, and will now act as an official reseller of other Invixum products while marketing their existing joint access control solution.
IXM WEB provides organizations with contactless face-based access control. The solution uses facial recognition to verify the identities of visitors and employees, and supplements that with temperature detection and mask recognition features to ensure a healthy workforce during the pandemic. In that regard, the two companies noted that the demand for contactless security solutions has increased in the wake of COVID-19, and believe that their new distribution partnership will help facilitate digital transformations in the access control industry.
The Gallagher Command Centre will make it easier for organizations to keep tabs on the people with access to their facilities. The platform has an Alarm Viewer that will notify administrators of any unauthorized access attempts, or if someone tries to gain entry while they are running a fever or are wearing a mask improperly. The relationship between Invixium and Gallagher dates back at least as far as 2019.
“This distribution agreement with Gallagher allows Invixium to expand our global reach and respond to the needs of customers that demand high security,” said Invixium President and CEO Shiraz Kapadia. “Our Healthy Access biometric solutions integrated with Command Centre permit Gallagher customers to manage Invixium products from within Command Centre easily and secure their healthy buildings for the future.”
“This partnership is one of many activities that allow us to remain at the forefront as a security provider, and we look forward to offering our customers new technology options that complement our security platform,” added Gallagher Global GM for Security Mark Junge.
Gallagher is now one of several companies that has a distribution partnership with Invixium. Honeywell and SIASA are some of the other organizations that have agreed to market the company’s technology in the past 12 months.
