Prove has put two identity-sector veterans into prominent platform roles as it expands its digital identity stack around privacy-preserving biometrics, KYC compliance, and mobile identity signals.
One is a critical new appointment: that of Frances Zelazny as General Manager, New Market Innovations, where she will lead development and commercialization of Prove’s privacy-preserving biometric and KYC compliance products. Prove said the new biometric capabilities are being built as a native layer inside existing Prove identity flows, combining liveness detection, document verification, device intelligence, and behavioral trust signals.
Zelazny is expected to introduce the new solutions at Improve 2026, Prove’s digital identity and fraud summit in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prove said the biometric products are currently in development with a select group of design partners and are planned for general availability later this year.
The company is also moving Steve Craig into its product marketing organization as Head of Platform Strategy. Craig said he will work across Prove’s full suite of new and enhanced solutions under Oksana Ryan and Ashley Kiolbasa, with a role that will put more of Prove’s platform positioning into the field and into customer-facing content. The move gives Prove another experienced identity executive focused on translating its product architecture into market strategy.
Zelazny brings a more technical privacy-preserving biometrics profile. She co-founded Anonybit, which developed a decentralized biometric architecture that shards biometric data across distributed environments rather than storing a central biometric template. She previously served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at BioCatch and held senior roles at L-1 Identity Solutions, now part of Idemia, and Signals Analytics, now Skai.
Craig brings a product and market-strategy background focused on digital identity, fraud prevention, and marketplace risk. Before moving into platform strategy, he served as Prove’s Head of Servicing Strategy, where he wrote and spoke on persistent identity, account recovery, impersonation, and marketplace trust. He also founded PEAK IDV, a media and education company focused on identity verification, and has held identity-sector leadership roles spanning product, strategy, and sales.
Prove has been broadening its identity platform beyond mobile possession and account intelligence. The company launched an identity platform for people, businesses, and AI agents in April, and later formed an executive advisory board to examine identity and accountability in agentic commerce. It has also partnered with Velocity to bring verified identity into enterprise stablecoin payments.
The personnel moves point to a platform strategy built around combining possession-based authentication, carrier-grade identity data, behavioral signals, and inherent-factor authentication. Prove says its identity graph spans 10 billion devices and 2.5 billion verified identities, covering 90 percent of digitally active adults worldwide.
Rodger Desai, Prove’s founder and chief executive, said Zelazny’s work would extend Prove’s existing foundation of authenticated human behavior into biometric assurance. Craig’s new role, meanwhile, places platform strategy inside the product marketing organization as Prove brings new identity assurance tools to market.
