Prove Launches Identity Platform for People, Businesses, AI Agents

Prove has launched the Prove Identity Platform, a unified infrastructure the company positions as a trust layer for an agentic world, consolidating identity verification, authentication, and fraud prevention across the full customer lifecycle for people, businesses, and AI agents.

The platform comprises three embedded components. Prove Key Management is an adaptive authentication engine that binds cryptographic keys to devices and orchestrates step-up authentication when risk signals warrant it. Prove Verified User is a proactive identity monitoring system that generates real-time alerts on lifecycle events, including device changes, phone number reassignments, and carrier changes. Prove Global Fraud Policy is a network intelligence layer that adapts fraud defenses to emerging threats using signals from the Prove Identity Graph, a database covering 90 percent of digitally active adults across 227 countries and territories, built on 12 years of authenticated identity history.

The platform also introduces the Prove Agentic Suite, designed to enable trusted AI agent interactions across the full transaction lifecycle. The suite embeds cryptographically signed consent in identity tokens and integrates with open protocols across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Salesforce AI agent frameworks, delivering proof of humanity, consent, and authorization in a single token call. As Prove CEO Rodger Desai explained, “AI can fabricate a face or clone a voice, but it cannot replicate a decade of real digital behavior.” Richard Crone, CEO of Crone Consulting, provided market context: “By 2030, there will be 4 to 40 AI agents acting on behalf of every human on the planet.”

The platform’s behavioral identity graph, which underpins the anti-synthetic-identity positioning, traces in part to Prove’s acquisition of Portabl in early 2025, which brought W3C verifiable credentials into the company’s stack. The platform’s deepfake-resistance claims build on Prove’s deepfake-resistant partnership with AuthID, which combined phone-centric identity signals with biometric liveness checks. The phone-centric graph was validated at enterprise scale in Prove’s Uber passenger verification deployment, where verified passengers generated fewer complaints and earned higher ratings.

Prove previously launched its Verified Agent solution in October 2025, focused specifically on agentic commerce. The April 2026 Identity Platform is a broader unification of the company’s full product portfolio under a single architecture.
