Biometric authentication and security solutions provider BIO-key International, Inc. has announced that cyber threat intelligence services expert Cyberlitica is the latest member of its Channel Alliance Partner Program (CAP).
The partnership aims to help customers address the core functions of a successful cybersecurity program as outlined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST): identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover.
“Because of the many high-profile companies and government agencies that we work with, Cyberlitica chooses its partners very carefully with a vetting process that’s one of the strictest in the industry,” said Bob Schiff, Founder and CEO of Cyberlitica. “That’s why we chose BIO-key as our ‘Best of Breed’ partner for authentication. We know they have the products and services that our clients want and will service them with the support that each client needs to be successful in a very unpredictable world.”
Cyberlitica’s suite of products offers its customers — whether they are individuals or companies — a range of products and services aimed at helping them prevent and fight cyber-warfare, account takeover, and fraud. This is of particular importance at present as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has forced record numbers of people online throughout the world, resulting in instances of fraud and other cybercrime to grow in step with this increase in online traffic.
“Customers need multiple, interoperable solutions to solve their cybersecurity challenges,” said Fred Corsentino, CRO, BIO-key. “We look forward to working together with Cyberlitica to help customers improve their security posture, prevent cyberattacks, and solve their identity and access management challenges.”
Cyberlitica joins a growing list of partners that have joined the CAP program, including ScanSource subsidiary Intelisys in Sept 2021, and UVS Infotech earlier this year.
Adding to what has already been a busy and successful year for the company, with Bio-Key having reported a 223 percent year-over-year increase in its revenues in its Q2 update this past summer, owing in large part to its July 2020 acquisition of PistolStar and its flagship PortalGuard IAM solution.
