Suprema and BioConnect are joining forces for this week’s ISC West event. The two companies have already been working together for 12 years, and will specifically be highlighting the integration of Suprema’s latest biometric devices with BioConnect’s award-winning Trust Platform. The results of the partnership will be on display throughout the week at booth #11063 and booth #22067, which belong to Suprema and BioConnect, respectively.
The BioConnect Trust Platform is designed primarily for physical access control, and gives organizations a way to protect their assets in a manner that is compliant with various international regulations. The platform is compatible with a range of security platforms from top providers like Brivo, Genetec, Honeywel, and LenelS2, and makes it easy for clients of those companies to integrate Suprema’s biometric readers into their security environment. The Trust Platform also offers multi-layer encryption, and gives organizations the ability to obtain consent (and comply with privacy laws) when they enroll in a biometric authentication program.
Suprema, meanwhile, will be showing off its FaceStation F2 and BioStation 3 terminals. The FaceStation 2 was introduced in late 2020, and supports face and fingerprint recognition in addition to mobile credentials. The BioStation 3 was unveiled earlier this year, and comes with a similar suite of biometric and mobile access capabilities.
“We are continuing to expand the collaboration to address the most critical issues enterprises are facing to protect their facilities,” said BioConnect Founder and CEO Rob Douglas. “The integration of Suprema’s award-winning devices into our Trust Platform is the next natural step in our journey together and furthers BioConnect’s commitment to bringing value to our customer base.”
BioConnect Chief Sales Officer Edsel Shreve will be heading over to the Suprema booth to present the companies’ joint solution on Thursday, March 24, at 3pm. The Trust Platform won the prize for Best Convergence and Integration Solution at the Security Industry Association’s New Product Showcase Awards in 2021, and can secure infrastructure like safes and edge devices in addition to more traditional building access points.
ISC West is now underway at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, and will run until March 25.
