Socure Reports $42.7 Million in Q3 Bookings as Customer Count Doubles

Socure recorded $42.7 million in new bookings in the third quarter of 2026 and doubled its customer count to more than 6,000, according to results released by the identity verification and fraud prevention company. Socure said it entered the fourth quarter on track to reach total annual recurring revenue of approximately $450 million by the end of the year.

The company renewed $34.2 million across 75 customers during the quarter and reported logo churn of 0.4 percent. More than 3,000 customers were added through channel partner expansion, alongside growth with existing accounts.

The figures compare with the first quarter, when Socure reported more than $340 million in annual recurring revenue, more than $31 million in new bookings and over 3,000 customers.

During the quarter, Summit Partners led a growth investment valuing Socure at $5.2 billion, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, Docusign and others. The company also acquired agentic operations platform Fravity, which it now offers as RiskOS_Agents to automate fraud, risk and compliance investigations within its RiskOS platform.

Socure said demand came from crypto and digital assets, payments and remittance, AI, workforce verification, fintech and financial services. New and expanded customers included Binance.US, SoFi, Circle and Stellar. Binance.US selected Socure in September for document and selfie verification, liveness checks and watchlist screening during onboarding, and the company says four of the five largest U.S. crypto exchanges now use its platform.

In the public sector, Socure is working with Xcelerate Solutions to support Login.gov’s acceptance of state-issued mobile driver’s licenses, providing identity verification, fraud detection and behavioral analytics within Socure’s FedRAMP Moderate environment.

The company also launched DocV Omega, a document verification model that combines document and biometric evidence with device, phone, network and other identity information, and extended its Phone RiskScore and Email RiskScore products to international markets.

“AI is changing fraud on both sides. Fraudsters are using it to attack at scale, and we are using it to defend at scale,” said Johnny Ayers, Socure’s founder and chief executive. “Every organization needs real-time and accurate identity intelligence to make trusted decisions and be trusted.”

Socure says it serves more than 6,000 customers in more than 190 countries, including 180 public-sector organizations and more than 700 fintech companies.
