Socure Reports $340 Million ARR With 62 Percent Year-Over-Year Growth in Q1

Socure has reported more than $340 million in total annual recurring revenue for the first quarter of 2026, representing 62 percent year-over-year growth driven by demand for digital identity verification, biometrics, and fraud prevention tools.

The Incline Village, Nevada-based company closed Q1 with more than $31 million in new bookings and 134 percent net dollar retention across a customer base of more than 3,000 organizations. The results reflect continued expansion across financial services, public sector, gaming, workforce verification, cryptocurrency, and e-commerce verticals.

“Identity fraud is professionalizing. Nation-state actors, synthetic identity networks, and AI-generated deepfakes are now operating at enterprise scale,” said Johnny Ayers, Founder and CEO of Socure.

Public-sector customers grew 130 percent following the company’s FedRAMP Moderate authorization, with deployments now spanning federal, state, and local agencies. In 2025, prediction markets and sportsbook operators represented 65 percent revenue growth. Age verification, marketplace risk, and workforce verification are among Socure’s fastest-growing solution areas.

The company’s RiskOS platform, which unifies signals across email, phone, device, IP, biometrics, and documents into a single risk assessment layer, is central to the growth. Socure says the platform reduces average deployment timelines from six months to a few weeks.

Among the company’s reported outcomes, Socure says it helped prevent more than $1 billion in fraudulent disbursements across higher education customers and deployed in seven days to stop a healthcare enrollment fraud scheme exploiting Affordable Care Act processes. The company also addressed synthetic identity attacks at a crypto exchange following a $400 million breach attributed to North Korean operatives.

Revenue from international use cases also grew as Socure expanded cross-border identity verification across more than 190 countries.
