“I am very excited to become a part of and contribute to a very talented, progressive team that will continue to influence and improve how users around the world manage their identities and protect their valuable information.” – Manos Mavrikos, VP of Global Customer & Partner Success, FaceTec
Manos Mavrikos has been named as FaceTec’s new VP of Global Customer & Partner Success, with CEO Kevin Alan Tussy welcoming Mavrikos’s “wealth of experience” to the firm at a time of ongoing adoption of its 3D Liveness and Face Verification technology.
Having notably started his career in software and SaaS at Microsoft in 2004, Mavrikos went on to serve in high-level marketing positions with multiple leading names in identity tech. Early in the selfie biometrics revolution, in 2014, Mavrikos joined Jumio as the company’s Global Head of Customer Success, a position he held until 2016. From there, he went on to serve as Mitek Systems’ VP of Customer Success until January of 2019.
After some freelance consulting and mentoring, Mavrikos went on to join another biometrics firm specializing in selfie-based IDV, iProov, where he was VP and Global Head of Customer Success from November of 2019 until October of 2022.
Now, at FaceTec, Mavrikos will be entrusted to lead the continuing growth of the company’s partner ecosystem, and to oversee the development of partners’ solutions. He will also be tasked with developing a set of global best practices that align with FaceTec’s corporate values. With respect to the latter responsibility, it seems likely that Mavrikos will work closely with Andrew Hughes, a standards and compliance expert who joined FaceTec as its new VP of Global Standards in November.
“I am very excited to become a part of and contribute to a very talented, progressive team that will continue to influence and improve how users around the world manage their identities and protect their valuable information,” Mavrikos said.
