Pindrop has expanded its Zoom relationship by embedding deepfake detection, voice authentication and fraud-risk intelligence directly into Zoom Contact Center, turning identity checks into part of the live customer-service workflow rather than a separate fraud-review step. The release centers on contact centers, but the broader signal is about where continuous identity verification is now being inserted inside enterprise communications tools.
Pindrop said its Pulse, Passport and Protect products are now integrated with Zoom Contact Center. The company says the stack can analyze call audio and metadata, including device intelligence, voice and behavioral patterns, and network risk signals, across the full customer journey from IVR sessions to live agents to AI-powered interactions. The goal is to detect synthetic voice fraud and other impersonation attempts earlier while keeping genuine callers from running into extra friction. Pindrop also says the integration can deliver contextual trust signals inside the agent interface rather than forcing teams to switch to a separate fraud console.
The announcement extends Pindrop’s earlier work on AI-driven voice fraud in call centers and broadens Zoom’s recent exposure to deepfake voice detection into Zoom meetings. It also lines up with the current push to move identity checks beyond login and into the moments where fraud actually unfolds. That is especially relevant for contact centers, where account takeover, social engineering and synthetic impersonation often appear in the middle of an interaction instead of at the start.
Pindrop cited its own research saying AI-driven fraud rose 1,210 percent in 2025, with synthetic audio becoming a growing threat across contact centers and other high-value enterprise workflows. The company says the Zoom integration is aimed at financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecom and government, and that the trust signals can be surfaced inside the agent workflow to cut handle times while helping verify callers.
