iProov Launches Workforce Solution Suite for Identity Checks Beyond Login

iProov has launched a Workforce Solution Suite that pushes biometric identity checks deeper into the employee lifecycle, targeting the moments after a user first signs in. The company said the package combines Face Verify, Device Check and Workforce MFA to secure password resets, account recovery, MFA enrollment, device changes and other high-risk actions that often sit outside the strongest login controls.

The release is aimed at a familiar weakness in enterprise identity programs. Passkeys and phishing-resistant login can harden the front door, but help-desk interactions, recovery flows and role changes still give attackers openings to exploit stolen context, deepfakes or social engineering. Those events often involve urgent user requests and manual overrides, making them harder to secure with the same rigor as the primary sign-in journey. iProov said the new suite is designed to verify both the person and the device when those sensitive events occur.

At the center of the launch is the company’s Face Verify technology, paired with device intelligence and workforce MFA so organizations can apply different checks depending on the action being taken. iProov is also pitching the suite for joiner, mover and leaver workflows, where identity errors can lead to overprovisioned access or weak offboarding controls. That broadens the company’s focus beyond remote onboarding and travel use cases into day-to-day workforce administration.

The move follows iProov’s recent progress in other biometric verification segments. Earlier this year, the company achieved CEN/TS 18099 High certification and announced a deployment at JFK Terminal One. The launch also arrives as enterprise identity vendors add selfie biometrics and liveness detection to OCI IAM and similar stacks, while the vulnerability of remote identity proofing to sophisticated attacks has been documented in detail — including in the MITRE ATLAS case study on mobile KYC published earlier this year.

For enterprise security teams, the launch is less about replacing existing login tools than about closing the gaps around them. Recovery flows, help-desk escalations and administrative account changes are where attackers often find the path of least resistance — and where strong authentication alone offers limited protection. By packaging face verification, device intelligence and MFA into one workflow layer, iProov is making the case that workforce identity assurance needs to extend beyond the sign-in event itself.
