One Identity Appoints Michael Henricks as Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Identity security platform provider One Identity appointed Michael Henricks as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, combining financial leadership with operational oversight in a dual executive role.

Henricks joins following CEO Praerit Garg’s appointment in September 2025 to drive AI-first strategy. The CTO appointment of Gihan Munasinghe in January preceded Henricks joining the executive team.

The combined CFO/COO role positions Henricks to oversee both financial planning and operational execution as the company pursues growth objectives. Channel reporting framed the appointment as part of the company’s next growth phase under new executive leadership.

Henricks will oversee operations as One Identity advances Identity Manager platform updates with AI-assisted capabilities, including risk-based governance, identity threat detection and response playbooks, and automated reporting features announced in October 2025.

One Identity’s growth strategy includes channel partnerships like its UK distribution arrangement with Nuvias, established to expand market reach through value-added resellers and system integrators.

One Identity provides identity governance, access management, privileged access management, and identity administration platforms for enterprises managing user access across hybrid IT environments including on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications.

The company serves enterprise customers requiring identity security for compliance mandates including SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations in financial services, healthcare, and government sectors.

Combined CFO/COO leadership structures consolidate financial discipline with operational execution accountability, enabling unified oversight of revenue operations, cost management, and process efficiency under single executive authority.
