OLOID says its Aura AI Identity Assurance Agent is now available in the Workday Marketplace and integrates with Workday Agent System of Record (ASOR), extending biometric identity checks into sensitive workforce workflows including password resets, credential recovery, and account unlocks.
Aura is designed to verify employee identity in real time when help desk and IT support requests are made, replacing static security questions and knowledge-based verification with risk-based biometric methods. Supported verification modes include AI-generated security questions, identity document verification, HR photo validation, and voice, video, or chat-based interactions.
Workday ASOR is a framework for managing AI agents deployed across HR, IT, and business functions. The integration positions Aura as an identity assurance layer within that agent ecosystem, applying policy-driven verification to actions that occur after initial login.
“As organizations deploy more AI agents across workforce operations, governance, visibility, and trust become increasingly important,” said Mohan Rajagopalan, Senior Director of Product Management at the Workday AI Platform. “Partners like OLOID are bringing valuable specialized capabilities such as identity assurance into that framework.”
OLOID, which partnered with Ping Identity on passwordless biometric authentication for clinical workforces, has built its platform around frontline, shared-device, and distributed work environments where traditional authentication methods face practical limitations. The company’s FaceVault privacy architecture uses AI-synthesized likenesses and customer-managed encryption keys to protect biometric data.
“Enterprises have made significant progress strengthening authentication at login, but many sensitive workforce actions still rely on varying levels of identity checks after access has already been established,” said Madhu Madhusudhanan, Co-founder and CTO of OLOID.
The Workday Marketplace listing makes Aura available to Workday’s enterprise customer base, with OLOID targeting organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and other industries that rely on shared-device environments.
