Incode’s Deepsight Passes iBeta Level 3 PAD on Both iOS and Android

Incode Technologies says its Deepsight face liveness platform has become the first technology to pass iBeta Quality Assurance’s Level 3 Presentation Attack Detection evaluation on both iOS and Android, recording a zero percent error rate across 900 Level 3 presentation attacks. The result was certified by iBeta on February 16, 2026, under ISO/IEC 30107-3, the international standard for biometric presentation attack detection.

Level 3 PAD represents the most demanding publicly available evaluation tier under that standard, requiring systems to withstand the most sophisticated attack categories, including AI-generated and deepfake-based spoofing. The dual-platform scope of the result is the specific claim Incode positions as a first: both iOS and Android tested simultaneously at Level 3 with no attacks succeeding against the system.

The result follows closely behind Yoti’s iBeta Level 3 pass in January, with Incode now claiming the first dual-platform iOS and Android result at a zero percent error rate. The certification race is intensifying: Kneron also claimed perfect ISO PAD scores in February, reflecting growing pressure on vendors to demonstrate independent third-party validation as enterprises tighten their scrutiny of liveness detection claims in an era of increasingly accessible deepfake tooling.

Deepsight, which Incode launched in December validated by a Purdue University study, has now added the industry’s most demanding independent liveness certification to its credentials. The platform is Incode’s flagship response to generative AI-powered impersonation attacks, which the company argues are lowering the cost and increasing the accessibility of biometric spoofing at an accelerating rate.

“Proof is becoming more important than claims,” said Ricardo Amper, Incode’s founder and CEO.

The certification carries direct commercial weight. The company achieved FedRAMP Ready status in November, and holds a $37.4 million Login.gov identity proofing contract, where liveness certification directly supports compliance requirements. The Level 3 result strengthens Incode’s position in government identity procurement, where independently verified anti-spoofing performance has become an increasingly common evaluation criterion.

The iBeta confirmation letter, dated February 16, 2026, provides the independent third-party documentation of the Deepsight v1.0 result. In a market where vendors routinely make self-reported liveness claims, the independently issued confirmation is the asset Incode is leading with in enterprise sales contexts.
