ImageWare will host a conference call right after reporting its fiscal stats to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company has announced. The call is scheduled for April 1st, at 4:30pm ET.
In announcing the call, ImageWare said it “will file its Form 10-K shortly after the close of the stock market” on that same day. The company did not say that it would publish the results, but did suggest that its conference call will focus on its 2018 year-end results.
In its Q3 update delivered in November, ImageWare posted lower year-over-year revenues and a greater net loss; but the company’s CEO, Jim Miller, commented that much of the firm’s business activity at the time hadn’t yet moved to a revenue generation stage, asserting, “More was accomplished than meets the eye.”
The year-end conference call may therefore shed some light on some of that activity, and could also touch on plans concerning ImageWare’s newly launched Digital Identity Platform.
Interested parties will be able to dial in to ImageWare’s conference call on April 1st, and it will also be broadcast live on the web, with a replay to be made available from ImageWare’s website for 90 days after the live call.
