IDEMIA has appointed a high-profile marketing specialist as its Chief Marketing Officer for North America: former Noveto Systems CEO Brian Wallace.
Wallace has helmed Noveto Systems since June of last year, with previous advisory and executive roles with i.am+, Playground Global, Magic Leap, and Google, where he served as Global Brand and Product Marketing VP from January of 2013 to March of 2014.
He has also received splashy industry accolades, as IDEMIA noted in announcing his appointment. Ad Age added Wallace to its Marketing A-List in 2011, and Business Insider named him one of the “17 People Who Redefined Advertising” in 2012.
In a statement announcing his appointment with IDEMIA, Wallace commended the company for its technological solutions and suggested that he expects disruptive growth for the company in the near future. “I have been fortunate in my career to join companies just prior to when they disrupt various markets,” he said. “IDEMIA’s industry leading position, combined with their unique technology offerings, makes this a perfect time to join the company.”
IDEMIA North America CEO Ed Casey expressed a similar sentiment. “Brian is widely known for successfully building some of the world’s leading technology companies and his experience will play a vital role in accelerating the growth of our industry leading government, B2B and consumer solutions,” he said.
IDEMIA’s announcement of its new CMO for North America comes soon after the launch of its latest biometric solution for high-throughput deployments, the MFace Flex.
