“SecureCX will provide real-time alerts if it detects any issues. Those results will be consolidated in a central dashboard, and the client can set up an automated response to screen lockouts.”
The customer experience specialist Concentrix has released a new remote monitoring solution that is designed to help enterprises keep tabs from employees who are working from home. The SecureCX solution also offers biometric security in the form of facial recognition, which can be used to verify the identities of employees that need to gain access to corporate materials.
Some of the platform’s other features include mobile phone and background noise detection. SecureCX will also scan to see if there are any recording devices in the vicinity of the employee’s workstation. The system can be configured based on the needs of the client, and will integrate with the organization’s existing work from home infrastructure.

“SecureCX represents the future of security in both on-premise and work-at-home environments,” said Concentrix President Chris Caldwell. “We will continue to invest in evolving technology that ensures the highest possible level of security for our clients and their confidential business information.”
Concentrix is not the first company to note that the transition to a remote work environment has created new security challenges for both large and small organizations. Companies like BehavioSec have advocated for behavioral biometrics, while others (like RSA) have emphasized the utility of hybrid cloud security systems.
