“…those who haven’t signed up for the program will be greeted at the venue by CLEAR Ambassadors who can quickly sign them up to let them start taking advantage of The Garden’s expedited screening lane.”
CLEAR‘s biometric screening platform is getting ready to make its Madison Square Garden debut.
Together with the Madison Square Garden Company, or MSG, CLEAR has announced that its technology is coming to the famous New York City venue to enable CLEAR members to gain entry with a simple fingerprint scan followed by a physical screening. And those who haven’t signed up for the program will be greeted at the venue by CLEAR Ambassadors who can quickly sign them up to let them start taking advantage of The Garden’s expedited screening lane.
In a statement announcing the partnership, MSG’s marketing partnerships VP, Ron Skotarczak, framed it in terms of a customer service improvement. “Like MSG, CLEAR is committed to enhancing the customer experience – and we look forward to providing CLEAR’s growing membership with unforgettable Garden memories,” he said.
For CLEAR, the MSG partnership represents its further expansion from airport screening to venue access, a strategic effort that has generated some considerable results over the last several months. Madison Square Garden is now the 14th venue in the CLEAR network, and the third major venue to join the network in New York alone.
