LumenVox’s Active Voice Authentication solution is now available through the Genesys AppFoundry. The news will make Active Voice Authentication more readily accessible for companies browsing the AppFoundry marketplace, and will also make Active Voice Authentication easier to integrate into the Genesys Cloud contact center platform.
The AppFoundry provides clients with a curated roster of experience solutions that are designed to make customer and employee interactions safer and more efficient. LumenVox’s Active Voice Authentication is one such solution, a voice recognition platform that can verify the identities of customers based only on their vocal characteristics. According to the company, its voice biometrics technology has been shown to curb fraudulent activity and lower the amount of time needed to clear each call center interaction.
“Contact centers are increasingly vulnerable to fraudulent attacks that result in account takeover,” said LumenVox CEO Edward Miller. “Our Active Voice Authentication system is a direct answer to the urgent need to protect and defend their customers.”
The integration further reinforces LumenVox’s pre-existing partnership with Genesys. The company is now one of the 20 AppFoundry Managed Partners currently in the program, and Active Voice Authentication will be listed as an AppFoundry Premium Application.
For now, the news will build on LumenVox’s early momentum in 2020. The company recently released the eighth version of its biometric authentication suite, and formed a partnership with the German contact center specialist CCT Solutions. CCT integrated LumenVox’s tech into its own platform in addition to becoming an official LumenVox reseller, an arrangement that is similar to the one LumenVox made with MODIS back in May of 2019.
LumenVox was listed as one of the leading developers in the voice recognition market in a new report from Meticulous Research. Reports and Data has also highlighted the company’s strong position within the voice biometrics industry.
