TECH5 Integrates Voice Biometrics Tech From ID R&D

Biometrics industry experts TECH5 have announced a new integration that will see their T5-Digital ID platform gain the ability to capture voice biometrics.

The addition of voice biometrics follows news of a partnership with ID R&D and its IDVoice solution, and will result in the T5 platform — which was already multimodal, supporting both face and fingerprint recognition — adding yet another modality to its stable.

“We are delighted to announce the enhanced accuracy and flexibility of multi-modal T5-Digital ID, with features for voice contactless capture, mobile verification, and authentication enabled by ID R&D’s top-ranked voice biometrics and liveness detection, in combination with contactless capture technologies of TECH5,” said Rahul Parthe, Co-founder, CTO, and Chairman of TECH5.

The integration of IDVoice to the T5-Digital ID platform is only the beginning for TECH5’s plans regarding voice biometrics, as the company is also reportedly going to be adding it to its T5-ABIS identification platform as well, expanding its capabilities beyond face, fingerprint, and iris recognition.
