Amaiz is teaming up with ValidSoft to secure client interactions with vocal biometrics. Amaiz is a banking and bookkeeping company that works primarily with small businesses, and will be deploying ValidSoft’s voice recognition technology to verify the identities of its customers.
The company is hoping that the integration will make its operations more efficient. Amaiz notes that voice recognition is faster and more secure than conventional alternatives like passwords, and the company is hoping to pass those benefits on to clients who may not have much time to talk to a bookkeeping provider.
“Our users are busy people, often trying to fit their interaction with us between customers,” said Amaiz Managing Director Steve Taklalsingh. “ValidSoft will help us deliver our mission to provide hassle-free banking for our hardworking customers.”
The Amaiz partnership is ValidSoft’s second major deal in the past few weeks. The company recently announced that its Precision Voice Biometrics platform has been integrated into a Digital Bank Solution from Persistent Systems. ValidSoft is also providing biometric authentication for INTELid’s Digital Identity blockchain platform.
The Amaiz news suggests that ValidSoft is looking to build on that early 2020 success. The voice recognition specialist has provided biometric security for large financial institutions in the past.
