The Australian transaction specialist SuperChoice is integrating Auraya’s EVA Voice Biometrics solution into its own digital platform to enable voice-based identity verification. The company made the decision to provide its customers with more authentication options, and to remain competitive in an accelerating mobile landscape.
In that regard, EVA will allow SuperChoice customers to use voice biometrics to prove their identity on any device that supports voice utilities. SuperChoice is hoping that the feature will make its solution more appealing to consumers, since it will give them more flexibility and make it easier to take advantage of a growing array of remote and digital services.
For Auraya, the news comes mere days after the release of the updated 2.0 version of the EVA Voice Biometrics platform. EVA was designed specifically for companies that run their contact center operations through Amazon Connect, and is available through the AWS Marketplace.
“Our reputation and our customer’s reputation depend on us getting [security] right,” said SuperChoice CTO John Halls. “We chose Auraya’s voice biometric technology because it can seamlessly integrate with our platform, adding another layer of multi-factor authentication to our user experience.”
“SuperChoice is a leader in their industry with millions of transactions going through their platform,” added Auraya CEO Paul Magee. “We are proud to have been selected to add another layer of security and convenience into their systems.”
The original EVA was released in July of 2019, and is compatible with OpenID Connect 1.0. Auraya has also provided voice recognition technology for AISB’s Voice Biometric Engine.
