SymNex Consulting has officially added Auraya to its directory of voice biometrics suppliers. The news should help Auraya raise its profile with companies that reach out to SymNex for help with their authentication systems.
In that regard, SymNex is a collection of independent experts that helps design and implement identification systems, including those that support voice biometrics. The new listing ensures that Auraya’s EVA Web Voice Biometric platform will be one of the voice solutions that SymNex presents to prospective customers. EVA can be deployed on-premises or through the cloud, and provides coverage for call centers and digital channels. In plain terms, that means that individuals can use the platform to log into websites and various other applications.
EVA was originally built to be compatible with the Amazon Connect cloud contact center platform. The solution is language-agnostic, insofar as it can identify users in any language, even if they speak with an accent or a dialect.
Auraya released an updated 2.0 version of EVA back in March, and has since gone on to add SuperChoice and Okta to its client roster. The latter has made EVA available to its customers through its own Okta Integration Network to further advance Auraya’s ongoing expansion efforts.
