Voice biometrics technology company Auraya has announced it will be integrating Zendesk, a customer service software company offering cloud-based support and customer service applications, into its support services, along with an expansion of services to its sandbox evaluation portal.
Auraya’s integration of Zendesk’s Support and Guide services — replacing its previous ‘support forum structure’ — aims to provide a frictionless support experience for Auraya’s reseller partners and end-user organizations, as customers will now be able to track their own case tickets while seeing quicker response times.
In addition, Auraya’s partners will have access to FAQs and announcements allowing them to stay up to date with product releases and other company updates.
Auraya’s sandbox evaluation portal, Cloud.ArmoxVox, was also updated to improve system performance, and with a new user interface to bring its appearance more in line with Auraya’s branding.
The update to Cloud.ArmorVox also allows partners to browse and switch between Auraya’s various web platforms, from their main site all the way down to the support platform.
