Platinum Sponsorship Package Includes:

• Recognition as a sponsor including branding on all related FindBiometrics marketing activities – the event guide, email blasts, web pages, and ads that promote the event.
• A 20-minute speaking slot. Presentation can be pre-recorded or live– head shot and bio of the speaker will appear on the web pages and overlays at the show.
• A virtual booth, which allows sponsors to chat with attendees and present demos. (Includes both chat and video features)
• A sponsor resources page linked in the virtual booth, which includes the ‘virtual show bag’ of materials available for download and a meeting button to allow attendees to submit a request to hear from you. See example of booth and resources page here.
• 4 free customer passes
• 4 staff passes
• Registration list delivered after the show.
• Post-event analytics report, includes list of virtual booth attendees.

Prior to the event, please send the following:

• Please send a logo and company description (200 words or less) for event promotions as soon as possible.
• The speaker’s name, bio, and headshot by Sept 6th. This information will be posted on the event webpages. (Headshot minimum dimensions: 1500x2100px at 300 ppi.) 
• Pre-recorded video of presentation, if you do not wish to speak live on the event date. File due: Sept 6th.
• Materials for the sponsor resources page: Deadline: Sept 6th. (CLICK HERE to view an example of the page).
  • Collateral – Sponsor can provide up to 3 PDFs that we will make available for download by attendees. This may include sponsor presentations, white papers, sell sheets, product briefs, collateral, etc. These items will be located in the online resource page as well as the virtual showbag. Sponsor deliverables are PDF files.
  • Meeting button – Attendees can submit a request to hear from you. This will be displayed as an HTML button alongside your sponsor logo and company overview. Sponsor provides FindBiometrics management team with the link – to a scheduler, lead-capture page on your site, to an email address, etc. Sponsor deliverable is a URL to scheduler or email address. 
  • Giveaway to attendees – This is optional. Sponsor may choose to offer a giveaway. Sponsor can list out a prize item on the virtual event resources page. The sponsor will randomly select a winner from the registration list, then contact and deliver the giveaway item however sponsor sees fit. Deliverable is a description of giveaway item. 
  • 3- 5 minute company/product overview video (MP4 file or YouTube/Vimeo link).
