Anviz has released a cloud version of its CrossChex access control and time tracking platform. CrossChex Cloud runs on an AWS cloud server, and can be paired with Anviz’s FaceDeep3 series of facial recognition terminals.
According to Anviz, CrossChex Cloud is particularly well-suited to small and medium enterprises looking for an affordable access solution. The encrypted platform meets the latest SOC 2 Type II security standards, and generates an auditable record of access and administrative events.
The FaceDeep3 series, on the other hand, runs on Anviz’s BioNANO facial recognition algorithm. The platform can identify people who are wearing masks, which means that employees do not need to remove their masks to clock in at work. FaceDeep3 also boasts temperature detection capabilities that can determine whether or not someone is running a fever, and offers body detection to prevent spoofing with videos and photos.
Employees can register with the contactless CrossChex Cloud system remotely. Data is uploaded in real time, allowing managers to generate up-to-date reports.
Anviz has previously argued that its solutions can help businesses reopen safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Reports and Data recently reported that the coronavirus response will help create a $28.83 billion market for contactless biometric solutions by 2027.
