The video analytics specialist AllGoVision Technologies has released its new AllSafe solution, designed to support public health initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to offering basic counting capabilities, the video analytics platform can watch for people who are not wearing masks or are otherwise failing to observe social distancing requirements.
The system gives venue operators a contactless way to track and manage physical attendance. AllSafe can be used for contact tracing, and can be integrated with facial recognition cameras and thermal scanners to support access control and temperature screening initiatives.
The solution leverages AllGoVision’s existing Video Analytics Platform and AI technology. According to the company, AllSafe can be deployed at airports, manufacturing facilities, retail outlets, and other public and private venues as they prepare to reopen in the midst of the pandemic.
“AllSafe brings a ready-to-deploy solution that can help address safety concerns of employees,” said AllGoVision CEO K Srinivasan. “In the post-COVID world our product can help monitor, enhance, and enforce workplace safety and enable customers establish a responsible re-opening of their offices and facilities.”
AllSafe arrives shortly after the launch of Omnigo’s Sheldon, which offers similar facial recognition, thermal screening, and attendance tracking utilities. Meanwhile, Guardhat has teamed up with Oloid to develop a contact tracing system for enterprise organizations.
