VerifyMe‘s partnership with HP Indigo is starting to pay dividends, as anticipated.
The company announced that it has teamed up with Chicago-based packaging provider Nosco, Inc. via a co-marketing and licensing agreement. Through the agreement, the latter can now offer clients VerifyMe RainbowSecure, a specialized ink solution that allows for the covert tracing of packaging materials.
VerifyMe RainbowSecure is certified for use with 6000-series HP Indigo printing presses, and has proven to be a winning offering from VerifyMe. As VerifyMe CEO Patrick White noted in a statement announcing the partnership, “This makes three licensing contracts with significant HP Indigo 6000 series printers in the last several months” with respect to VerifyMe’s RainbowSecure solution.
VerifyMe highlighted its HP Indigo partnership in a corporate update issued last November, with the newly-appointed White commenting at the time that the important deal was expected to start producing revenue in 2018. While VerifyMe has also delved into biometric authentication technology, it appears that its ink serialization solution will be the company’s key focus for at least the immediate future.
