Suprema has officially announced its support for the BioConnect Identity Platform. Effective today, the company’s biometric hardware solutions are fully compatible with BioConnect‘s flagship platform.
It’s a continuation of a partnership that goes far back, with BioConnect having been Suprema’s operating partner under the name Entertech, prior to its rebrand this past March. And it’s a partnership that Suprema is evidently keen to continue; in a statement announcing its support, Suprema VP Young Moon called the BioConnect Identity Platform “a ready-made bridge solution that provides easier integration of cutting-edge Suprema biometric technology together with a customer’s choice of leading access control systems.”
BioConnect executive Steve Greb, meanwhile, affirmed that “[a]s a Suprema partner we have experienced a lot of growth in the North American and UK markets due to its leadership and continued emphasis on producing biometric products of superior quality, versatility and range.”
The two companies were already showcasing their solutions shoulder-to-shoulder at the ISC West security conference back in April, and they’ll share the spotlight again at this month’s IFSEC 2016 event in London, where they will share Stand E1400.
