“…STC Head of Product Development Sergei Chekhovskikh said that solutions based on the platform ‘are relevant for financial organizations, insurance and telecom companies, as well as a variety of firms that utilize remote customer services.'”
STC Group has announced an upgrade of its VoiceKey speaker identification platform for call center applications.
The system now features what the company calls “mono channel mode”, which allows it to separate the agent’s and client’s speech in real-time. It also features a more robust voice biometrics capability, and STC is now offering a REST API interface for developers.
In a statement announcing the VoiceKey upgrade, STC Head of Product Development Sergei Chekhovskikh said that solutions based on the platform “are relevant for financial organizations, insurance and telecom companies, as well as a variety of firms that utilize remote customer services.”
“We have been working on this release for a long time, analyzing feedback from clients who are already utilizing solutions by STC,” said Chekhovskikh. “The new version provides hi-tech security of client data and is more flexible and convenient to use. Implementation of VoiceKey.PLATFORM will simplify the process of user verification for both the company and its clients.”
The update arrives soon after last month’s upgrades to the platform’s VoiceKey.AGENT voice biometrics and VoiceKey.FRAUD fraud detection components.
