Two major names in identity assurance tech have teamed up: Proof and Socure are combining their technologies to better help businesses fight the threat of fraud.
Proof’s Defend product, which leverages over 100 behavioral and data signals, will be enhanced with Socure’s advanced digital identity verification capabilities. Socure’s Sigma Fraud suite assesses historical behavioral patterns and uses rich consortium data to identify fraud risks.
By integrating their technologies, Socure and Proof are aiming to offer a comprehensive, multi-layered defense system that analyzes 30,000 signals in real-time, including PII, biometric data, device and behavioral intelligence, and geolocation. The combined solution aims to make fraud detection highly accurate and virtually impossible for fraudsters to circumvent, ensuring secure and identity-assured transactions for businesses and consumers alike.
“With the explosion of new fraud vectors, our mission at Socure remains steadfast: use AI to deliver the most accurate anti-fraud and identity verification solutions in the industry,” asserted the firm’s CEO, Johnny Ayers. “Partnering with Proof allows us to uniquely ensure identity-assured transactions for contracts, authorizations, forms, and high-risk financial events across various sectors.”
Ayers added that both companies’ strategic visions “are perfectly aligned”.
