Virginia-based forensic, biometric and identity intelligence solutions provider SNA International LLC has announced two new additions to its executive leadership team.
Former President of Inflow Ryan Hayes will become the new President of SNA. With over 20 years of experience in various positions, Hayes was also the Vice President of Forensic Intelligence for PAE. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Identity Operations for A-T Solutions, and the Deputy Technical Director at the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC).
Also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Hayes helped to establish and lead TEDAC, Combined Explosive Exploitation Cell, and Naval Forensics and Biometrics programs for the Department of Justice and Department of Defense. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Mary Washington, and holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT.

SNA also announced the appointment of Cecily Sullivan as its new Chief Growth Officer. Sullivan joins SNA with 19 years of senior leadership positions, including her most recent role as a Director of Business Development at PAE, where she was in charge of new business for counter-threat solutions. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science in Forensics Criminalistics from the University of Central Oklahoma.
In addition to her experience at PAE, Sullivan also held various management and technical laboratory management positions with a number of state and local law enforcement agencies, among them the Austin Police Department Crime Laboratory, the Texas Department of Public Safety Austin Crime Laboratory, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
