Sensory, Inc. has tailored its AI avatar technology to create a virtual bank teller for mobile devices, and will demo the solution at FinovateFall 2017.
The solution features all of Sensory’s flagship software solutions. The company’s TrulyHandsfree device activation technology ensures that the system will respond to the user’s voice prompt, while its TrulyNatural speech recognition technology enables users to interact with the digital avatar using conversational speech. Meanwhile, its TrulySecure biometric authentication technology leverages the mobile device’s camera and mic to use facial and voice recognition to identify the user, ensuring a high level of security for mobile banking transactions.
As for the visual interface, the system is built on the virtual avatar technology announced by Sensory earlier this year. A virtual teller’s mouth movements are dynamically shaped by the words it is speaking, allowing the system to put a face to the AI assistant’s voice interface, which in turn could allow for a more intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
Sensory will demo the system at the New York Hilton for FinovateFall 2017, which runs from September 11th to 14th, and the company says it will be available for integration into banking apps starting in Q4 of this year.
