Radiant Logic and Badge Inc. have entered an OEM agreement that embeds Badge’s patented zero-knowledge authentication directly into the RadiantOne identity platform, targeting enterprises that need to unify identity across unfederated domains for both human users and AI agents.
Badge’s technology uses on-demand key derivation to eliminate stored secrets, passwords, and device-bound credentials. Once embedded in RadiantOne, it enables users and agents to enroll once and authenticate across unfederated Active Directory forests, Kerberos realms, and cloud identity providers including Entra ID, CyberArk, Okta, and Ping, without requiring forest trusts or manual federation.
“Our customers face a fundamental challenge: they need to unify identity across unfederated domains without rearchitecting their directories and now extending that same level of zero trust verification and governance to AI agents,” said Dr. John Pritchard, CEO of Radiant Logic. “By embedding Badge’s zero-knowledge authentication into RadiantOne, we give enterprises a single platform that solves cross-domain trust for both humans and agents, while accelerating M&A timelines and reducing identity risk.”
RadiantOne is an identity data fabric and identity security posture management platform designed to discover, unify, and govern identities across fragmented enterprise environments. The combined solution adds AI agent governance with cryptographic binding, X.509 certificate issuance for cross-domain access, and zero-knowledge passwordless authentication across unfederated domains.
The partnership comes as AI agent identity has become a security priority for enterprises deploying autonomous workflows. Several vendors have recently introduced tools to bind identity verification to AI governance, reflecting growing demand for cryptographic accountability across both human and machine actors.
“Badge was built to eliminate secrets and make strong authentication universal,” said Dr. Tina Srivastava, co-founder of Badge Inc. “Embedding Badge inside RadiantOne means our technology is now available within the world’s most complex identity environments, enabling zero-knowledge MFA and cross-domain trust at enterprise scale.”
Radiant Logic said the integrated solution is available immediately as part of the RadiantOne platform, deployed as scalable SaaS or on-premises. Target use cases include M&A identity consolidation, healthcare system mergers, and government agency modernizations where multiple identity providers must interoperate without centralized federation.
