Recruitment process outsourcing provider QX Global Group has partnered with TrustID to embed certified digital identity verification directly into its ReCo360 recruitment management platform for UK recruitment firms.
The integration allows recruitment agencies using ReCo360 to conduct right-to-work and right-to-rent identity checks within their existing workflow, without switching to a separate verification system. TrustID’s technology performs document authentication and biometric matching to verify candidate identities against UK government requirements.
TrustID holds certification under the UK’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF), the government-backed scheme that sets standards for digital identity service providers. DIATF certification is required for identity providers conducting certain right-to-work checks on behalf of employers.
The partnership targets UK recruitment firms that must verify the identity and work eligibility of candidates before placement. Manual identity checking remains common in the recruitment sector, creating administrative bottlenecks and compliance risks for agencies processing high volumes of candidates.
QX Global Group operates ReCo360 as a platform for managing recruitment workflows including candidate tracking, compliance documentation, and client reporting. The addition of TrustID’s identity checks adds automated verification to a process that has traditionally required manual document inspection.
The deal follows similar moves in the UK recruitment and workforce compliance sector. Credas and Finity recently embedded DIATF-certified biometric right-to-work checks in UK payroll workflows, reflecting broader adoption of digital identity verification for employment compliance.
The UK government has been expanding the scope of digital identity checks that employers can use in place of manual document review, driving demand for certified identity services integrated into human resources and recruitment platforms.
