Patriot One Technologies CEO Peter Evans issued his first letter to shareholders this week since he joined the company in November of 2020.
“It has been just over a month since I joined as the new CEO of Patriot One, and in that time, there has been much to learn, many customers to meet, and strategies to develop and execute,” said Evans in the letter. “During these initial days of fact-finding, a common interest expressed by shareholders has been to provide regular updates on the status of the business, and what they can expect going forward.”
Evans described his first month as CEO, saying he spent the majority of that time meeting with customers and partners, and emphasized that the majority are eager to begin site surveys “as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted.”
Shortly after Evans’ appointment, Patriot One announced that the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas would be adopting its PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Threat Detection Platform to secure its facilities, using both the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Gateways and the PATSCAN VRS computer vision system.
Addressing the company’s product development, Evans noted that great strides have been made with its AI-powered smart security platform, and highlighted the recent launch of its Multi Sensor Gateway (MSG) 1.0 Fastlane, and the continued enhancement of the MSG through updates that improve functionality and provide increased levels of accuracy.
Evans concluded his letter by looking forward to the rest of 2021, noting that Patriot One has brought in a new leadership team that is looking to build off of the momentum of the previous year.
“With a hugely talented group of employees, we have a highly energized team focused on growing our revenue, expanding the value and fit of our technology, moving the strategy and roadmap forward, and taking the necessary execution steps to drive shareholder value,” he wrote.
