Checkin.com has formed a partnership with Paravision to combat AI-based online fraud and identity theft.
Their multi-year collaboration will see Paravision’s advanced fraud-detecting AI technologies integrated into Checkin.com’s identity verification and user onboarding platform, with the aim being to bolster security and trust for Checkin.com’s enterprise clients, which include companies like Ryanair and Klarna.
“We are thrilled to partner with Checkin.com to bring our advanced AI technologies to their platform,”‘ said Doug Aley, Paravision’s CEO. “As digital interactions become increasingly common, ensuring the authenticity and validity of these interactions is paramount. This collaboration reflects our commitment to providing trusted identity AI tools to leading global enterprises.”
The partnership addresses the growing concern of online fraud exacerbated by advances in AI and Generative AI technologies. By leveraging Paravision’s state-of-the-art solutions, Checkin.com aims to provide enhanced protection against fraudulent activities, ensuring a secure user experience across various sectors, including fintech, travel, and gaming.
“We have been looking for a true cutting-edge technology partner to further strengthen our offering within the fintech, travel and gaming sectors,” Christian Karlsson, CEO of Checkin.com said. “This strategic partnership with Paravision will help to set a new standard for security and user trust in the identity verification and user onboarding space. It will help our customers grow faster and provide the highest level of security and user trust they demand.”
Earlier this month, Paravision announced a partnership with Control iD to launch the iDFace Max, an advanced access control system that incorporates Paravision’s AI-driven facial identification technology. The iDFace Max boasts high-accuracy facial recognition, capable of authenticating individuals even when their faces are obscured by masks or other apparel.
