PamirAI Selects Precise Biometrics for Agent Computer Approval Checks

PamirAI has selected Precise Biometrics’ FPC AllKey Pro system to provide biometric approval checks for sensitive actions performed by its forthcoming Agent Computer.

The Linux-based device is designed as an always-on physical home for AI agents. PamirAI says it can keep long-running tasks active when a user closes a laptop or steps away, while remaining accessible through the user’s phone and desktop.

That operating model gives agents the permissions needed to perform work over extended periods. The AllKey Pro integration is intended to keep higher-risk actions under the control of the authorized user by requiring biometric verification before they proceed.

PamirAI’s AKVM technology will also allow an agent to operate another computer. The company describes the biometric check as part of a broader trust layer that combines always-on hardware, local data storage and mobile and desktop access.

The device will be open to compatible agent systems rather than restricted to one AI service. PamirAI is positioning the product as personal infrastructure for people who want agents to continue working independently while retaining a physical point of control.

The company is targeting a consumer launch in fall 2026. Seeed Studio will support production, with design and supply-chain work managed in China. Initial non-recurring engineering investment has been committed, and volume production is expected to increase after PamirAI completes its final design decisions.

The selection gives Precise Biometrics a design win outside its established authentication markets. FPC AllKey combines biometric hardware and software in a system intended for use across devices, and the PamirAI project applies it to approval decisions made while autonomous software is operating on a user’s behalf.

Precise Biometrics CEO Joakim Nydemark said the deployment opens a new category for the AllKey system as AI products become more autonomous. PamirAI co-founder Kevin Zhang said the company wants users to hand off substantial work while retaining control over sensitive actions.

The agreement follows the planned combination of Fingerprint Cards and Precise Biometrics, which places the AllKey product within a broader portfolio of biometric algorithms, sensors and systems.

It also extends the use of biometrics into the emerging field of identity controls for personal AI agents. In this case, the biometric step is attached to a dedicated consumer device rather than an enterprise access-management platform.
