“…the 2018 overview will cover what has been a very eventful year for the company.”
Chicago-based OneSpan will issue its fourth quarter and 2018 fiscal year-end results on February 19th, the company has announced. The results will be released after market close.
The results will be discussed in a conference call slated to begin at 4:30pm ET that same day. The discussion will be broadcast on the company’s investor relations website, and a replay will be available after its conclusion.
Setting a date for its update in a statement, OneSpan was tight-lipped concerning any details about the planned discussion, nor did the company disclose which of its executives or other personnel would host the call.
In any case, the 2018 overview will cover what has been a very eventful year for the company. OneSpan rebranded from its previous moniker, VASCO, in the middle of the year, concurrent with its acquisition of e-signature specialist Dealflo. The firm quickly went on to establish a strategic alliance with authentication leader Nok Nok Labs; and in November, Javelin named OneSpan “Best in Class” in its inaugural Mobile Biometrics Platform Awards, thanks to its multimodal authentication platform.
