One Identity, a unified identity security vendor based in Aliso Viejo, California with major EMEA operations in Cork, Ireland, has appointed Randy Menon as Chief Product and Marketing Officer, the latest senior addition to a leadership team rebuilt over the past year. The leadership build began with CEO Praerit Garg, who joined in September 2025, followed by CTO Gihan Munasinghe and CFO/COO Michael Henricks in early 2026.
Menon brings more than 20 years of enterprise software product strategy and execution experience. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Product at Tanium, where he led endpoint management and security platform strategy. Prior to that he held SVP and General Manager roles at TIBCO and Cloud Software Group, managing large-scale platform modernisation initiatives and cross-functional product and engineering organisations. In his role at One Identity, Menon will oversee product management and marketing, align product innovation with go-to-market strategy, and drive capabilities in identity governance and administration (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM).
One Identity serves more than 11,000 organisations and manages more than 500 million identities. The company is pursuing a SaaS-first delivery model and is specifically addressing the proliferation of non-human and machine identities, which now outnumber employee identities on most enterprise networks. Menon joins the leadership team assembled since One Identity’s CEO appointment and AI-first strategy announcement, which flagged product innovation and go-to-market alignment as top priorities.
CEO Praerit Garg said: “Randy is a product leader with decades of operational experience and has developed a strong instinct to deeply understand what customers want.” Menon said: “Identity is the layer that ties all of it together, and One Identity has the platform and customer base to lead through this shift.”
The combined product and marketing officer structure gives Menon direct authority over both the technical roadmap and market positioning, as the company competes in an identity governance market shaped by recent M&A activity, including CyberArk’s 175 million dollar acquisition of Zilla Security.
One Identity’s platform spans IGA, PAM, and access management capabilities for enterprise organisations, with machine identity governance an increasing focus as DevOps automation and cloud infrastructure multiply the number of non-human credentials in enterprise environments.
