“In a statement announcing the new appointments, NuData suggested they would help to maneuver the company through a growth phase…”
NuData has announced a couple of major strategic appointments that it says are aimed at adapting to substantial growth.
Both are internal promotions. Randy Lukashuk has helped the company in development and programming roles and was also director of customer development; he is now NuData’s principal product architect. Jon Cunningham, meanwhile, is the new director of customer development, having previously served as the company’s lead of feature development.
In a statement announcing the new appointments, NuData suggested they would help to maneuver the company through a growth phase, asserting that “NuData more than doubled behavioral transaction volume in the past year and increased its revenue at a double-digit rate.” That “behavioral transaction volume” refers to the processing done by the company’s NuDetect platform, which uses behavioral biometrics and analytics to assess potential fraud risks for client organizations. The platform and its maker have received numerous industry accolades over the last several months, and NuData’s business is evidently on the rise along with its profile.
Its new appointments arrive soon after the appointment of digital security industry veteran Robert Capps as NuData’s VP of Business Development back in April.
