Nuance Communications has announced that Tracy Krumme will be taking over as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Krumme brings more than 25 years of financial experience to the role, with similar investor relations stops at companies like Luxoft, NCR, and Hollinger International.
“In addition to her extensive investor relations and technology experience, Tracy has an established reputation among the investment community,” said Nuance CFO Dan Tempesta. “I am confident that her business acumen and proven track record will make her highly effective in this role.”
“I am thrilled to join Nuance at this pivotal time,” added Krumme. “The Company has taken the right steps to focus on their core businesses, accelerate innovation, and improve shareholder value.”
In related news, Nuance has also announced that it will release its fiscal results for the second quarter of 2019 during a conference call after the market closes on Wednesday, May 8th. The call will begin at 5pm Eastern Time, and will be accompanied by prepared remarks and a press release.
Nuance was recently listed as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality,” and has boasted that its Nuance Security Suite saved companies more than $1 billion in 2018.
