“In a dynamic fingerprint recognition market, NEXT Biometrics’ flexible sensor technology has positioned it to take advantage of a growing interest in biometric smart cards.”
Fingerprint biometrics specialist NEXT Biometrics will be participating in the 30th Annual ROTH conference, the company announced. The event will be held Tuesday March 11- 13 at The Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point, California. NEXT CEO Ritu Favre will be hosting one-on-one meetings throughout the day on the 13th.
According to the ROTH website, the invitation-only conference will host more than 4,700 attendees and feature nearly 550 participating companies and presentations covering a wide range of sectors including business services, healthcare, consumer, cleantech and more.
In a dynamic fingerprint recognition market, NEXT Biometrics’ flexible sensor technology has positioned it to take advantage of a growing interest in biometric smart cards. In November 2017 the company announced that its fingerprint technology is shipping on the world’s first ISO 17839 compliant flexible biometric smart card from Tactilis. The company also offers Windows Hello compatible USB fingerprint readers, like the newly launched Oyster II, which can bring biometric security to virtually any computer device.
