“The platform offers detailed statistical output to track results as a given computer vision model performs, helping end users to tweak and refine their systems; and Neurotechnology also offers expert consultation to assist with users’ projects.”
Biometrics software expert Neurotechnology has announced a new image recognition platform.
Called SentiSight.ai, the platform is designed for a high level of customization, allowing end users to create their own deep learning systems for image classification. The platform offers detailed statistical output to track results as a given computer vision model performs, helping end users to tweak and refine their systems; and Neurotechnology also offers expert consultation to assist with users’ projects.
The solution builds on the previously launched SentiSight SDK, which could be trained to recognize particular objects but could not determine classes or categories of objects.
In a statement announcing the solution, Neurotechnology offered a number of example applications of the image recognition technology, including “moderating user content (e.g., detecting nudity or guns), tagging images with visible ads, detecting damaged products, classifying x-ray photos and much more.”
SentiSight.ai’s announcement comes after the news that NEXT Biometrics, a fingerprint sensor specialist, had licensed Neurotechnology’s fingerprint algorithm technology in late August.
