Neurotechnology has achieved Certified MOSIP System Integrator status, qualifying it to deploy complete end-to-end foundational digital identity systems built on MOSIP, the Modular Open Source Identity Platform used by governments worldwide. The company is the first to hold compliant certification simultaneously across three product categories: its MegaMatcher Automated Biometric Identification System, its MegaMatcher multimodal biometric SDK, and its manual adjudication engines.
Prior MOSIP-certified providers have typically held certification in one or two of these categories, requiring governments to integrate multiple vendors for a complete national identity program deployment. The trifecta certification allows Neurotechnology to serve as a single-source supplier for large-scale biometric deduplication, algorithm-level developer integration, and human review of uncertain or contested matches, covering the full technical stack that a national ID rollout requires.
Antonello Mincone, Business Development Director at Neurotechnology, said the company is “delighted to be recognized for our capabilities to deploy a full MOSIP-based system.” Sanjith Sundaram, VP of Partner Ecosystem at MOSIP, described Neurotechnology’s product suite as making the company “uniquely positioned to support governments in implementing secure and scalable identity systems.”
MOSIP is an open-source digital identity platform developed at IIIT Bangalore with support from philanthropic and government partners. It underpins national ID programs in Ethiopia (Fayda), Morocco, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines, among others. The MOSIP System Integrator partner program evaluates companies on their ability to customize, implement, integrate, deploy, test, operate, train, audit, and support MOSIP-based systems.
The ABIS at the center of Neurotechnology’s certification is the same system covered in Neurotechnology’s MegaMatcher ABIS upgrade in March 2025, which introduced enhanced multimodal deduplication capabilities designed for national-scale deployments. The certification also follows Neurotechnology’s ISO face liveness update in February 2026, which brought the MegaMatcher SDK into compliance with international face liveness and privacy workflow standards required by national ID programs.
Neurotechnology first integrated MOSIP with MegaMatcher in June 2022 and participated in MOSIP Connect 2026 in Rabat, Morocco, in February 2026. The SI certification continues a recent wave of MOSIP ecosystem accreditations, following comparable partner milestones from Emptech and Credence ID in the preceding year.
