In a recent blog post, Japanese tech giant NEC Corporation announced its new NEC Virtual Customer Experience (VCX) center, designed to help its customers and partners connect with and explore the company’s latest biometric and AI technology offerings.
The simulated environments of the VCX are made up of 360-degree photorealistic and interactive virtual tours of the tech that NEC features in its physical Customer Experience Centers that are found in Texas and California.
The VCX center allows visitors to explore NEC’s various offerings such as its identity management and CS platform in four different vertical marketing settings including aviation, federal government, healthcare, and retail.
The aviation market experience allows visitors to virtually enjoy a frictionless and hygienic journey through a simulated airport where they can use the NEC I:Delight platform.
In the federal government virtual market, customers can observe how NEC’s digital identity platform can be used to promote public safety and national security, while the healthcare space shows off how NEC I:Delight can help hospitals and other care facilities to safely return to normal operations in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finally, the retail space demonstrates how businesses can use NEC I:Delight to increase revenue while lowering costs without having to sacrifice the principles behind a positive customer experience.
