“Biometric technology is also expected to once again be a major topic of discussion, with FindBiometrics President Peter O’Neill returning to host an expert panel discussion entitled The power of choice: Why multimodal biometrics are taking over FinTech.”
The organizers of Money20/20 Europe have revealed the event’s full agenda and its keynote speakers.
The latter is a roster of big names including Samsung SDS President Dr. Won-Pyo Hong, Gemalto CEO Dr. Philippe Vallée, Mastercard International Markets President Ann Cairns, and Square and Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey. As for topics, the event will extend beyond its mainstays of payments and banking: In a statement, Money20/20 Europe Content Director Pat Patel said it will also focus on “cutting-edge and real world applications of the blockchain (such as for digital identities and loyalty propositions), the sharing economy, virtual reality and the Internet of Things.”
Biometric technology is also expected to once again be a major topic of discussion, with FindBiometrics President Peter O’Neill returning to host an expert panel discussion entitled The power of choice: Why multimodal biometrics are taking over FinTech. Set for June 28th, the discussion will include experts from Safran Identity & Security, BioConnect, FacePhi, and HSBC, and should prove a popular ticket given the excitement around biometrics seen at last year’s Money20/20 event in Las Vegas.
Money 20/20 Europe will take place in Copenhagen, running from June 26th to June 28th.
