M2SYS Makes Top Ten List of Technology Association of Georgia For Innovation

Late last week, M2SYS Technology was singled out for innovation. The company that specializes in scalable biometric identity management solutions for government and business has been selected as one of the top ten finalists in the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG)’s honoring of the state’s most innovative tech companies.

TAG narrowed down its initial list of Georgia’s top 40 most innovative technology companies in the stare, which was culled from over 100 original applicants. The final top ten are set to be recognized at the Georgia Technology Summit being held this week at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta.

According to TAG, the criteria for selection is heavily weighted on degree of innovation; scope and financial impact of innovation; likelihood of success; and promotion of Georgia’s innovative efforts nationally and internationally.

M2SYS fits the bill. The company claims that it can boast the fingerprint search and deduplication engine in the world. Said engine boasts the ability to match 200 million fingerprints per second in a single commodity server and de-duplicate millions of fingerprints in matter of hours which traditionally required weeks or months.
