“Acknowledging the award in a statement, Jumio CEO Stephen Stuut said it ‘validates Jumio’s leadership in the ID verification space.'”
Jumio is poised to enjoy a rising profile with a new award win and a conference speaking engagement.
The company has won a Bronze Stevie Award in this year’s Annual American Business Awards, in the category of New Product or Service of the Year – Software – Identity & Access Security Solution. It won for its Netverify Trusted Identity as a Service (TIaaS) platform, which leverages facial recognition and document reading technology to offer identity confirmation in a range of potential applications. Acknowledging the award in a statement, Jumio CEO Stephen Stuut said it “validates Jumio’s leadership in the ID verification space.”
Stuut himself will be able to further underscore that leadership with his participation in an expert panel during the inaugural K(NO)W Identity Conference, an event concerning itself with the full breadth of the identity industry. Stuut’s panel, “Remote Identity Proofing: Opportunities and The Road Ahead”, will also feature experts from AuthenticID, BBVA, Confirm.io, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
The event, as well as the recent award win, should help to further burnish the company’s reputation in the wake of a fiscal quarter that it says saw considerable revenue growth.
