Integrated Biometrics is looking to share its best practices expertise – and boost its market profile – at several major upcoming events over the coming months, the company has 
announced. The company will participate in he Biometrics Institute’s ID at the Borders & The Movement of People in Amsterdam, Secure Identification in Latvia, the Michigan Biometrics Conference, The American Jail Association conference in Texas, the Biometrics Institute’s Asia-Pacific Conference 2016 in Australia, The International Chief’s of Police Conference in California, SDW in England, and the ID4Africa event in Rwanda.
In a statement announcing its busy schedule, the company placed a particular emphasis on the latter two events. Integrated Biometrics CEO Mike Grimes will personally attend the SWD next-generation identity solutions event, asserting in the company’s statement that “[g]overnments, military, and law enforcement are looking to mobile fingerprint biometrics to help manage what would otherwise be an overwhelming burden on border security operations;” and Grimes also highlighted the company’s interest in ID4Africa “as the United Nations and World Bank become more engaged in helping citizens establish legal identities via biometrics in order to benefit from Africa’s accelerating economic growth.”
Having recently unveiled its Kojak fingerprint scanner, whose versatility in indoor and outdoor environments allows for a wide range of potential applications, Integrated Biometrics has been eager to promote biometric solutions to government in its home country of the US, and is evidently interested in making a much broader push globally as well by highlighting its technology and expertise at a diverse range of events offering exposure to a much wider audience in the months to come.
